Cubby is an early childhood observation and documentation platform designed for educators, educational assistants, and support staff working with young children. Cubby makes it easy to capture what educators notice in real time, a communication attempt, a behavioural pattern, a moment of connection, before it gets lost between shifts, between appointments, or between the people who observe and the people who can act on it. Educators can log an observation in under a minute, tag what they're seeing across communication, behaviour, engagement, and developmental domains, and Cubby surfaces patterns over time. When those patterns emerge, Cubby suggests evidence-informed strategies the team can try and tracks whether those strategies are working.
